All EmbellyshHome products are exclusively hand crafted and sold in limited quantities. Items may be restocked depending on fabric and notion availability. If a design you are interested in is listed as out if stock, please send an e-mail to admin@embellyshhome.com or post a question on the product page to inquire about future availability.
Do you accept Custom Orders?
Absolutely! We go about designing each item as though it is custom-made; however, we also know the feeling of receiving a personalized product. If you desire a custom-made order, please forward your request to admin@embellyshhome.com.
What are your shipping details?
All U.S. orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail unless an upgraded service is selected. Free USPS shipping is automatically applied to orders of $200 or more with a shipping address within the lower 48 states. EmbellyshHome reserves the right to change this offer at any time. What is your Returns/Refund Policy?
All items are handmade, in limited quantities, dependent upon fabric and findings availability. Please keep in mind that we do not mass produce our products in a factory. All items are final sale; exchanges only. Exchange items must be shipped back to EmbellyshHome within 5 business of receipt. Sale items, pillow inserts, custom orders and monogrammed products are not eligible for refunds, returns or exchanges. All items sold at live trade shows/markets are final sale.Please contact us admin@embellyshhome.com immediately if there is a defect with the item you received.

Thank you again for choosing EmbellyshHome for your décor needs! Caring well for your covers will help preserve them and keep them looking new. Here are a few tips to keep your covers looking beautiful:
To help remove dust, use a hand vacuum for quick, regular cleaning.
For pillows:
Use a soft sponge & warm soapy water (mild detergent) to gently spot clean as needed. Never use bleach.
When finished spot cleaning, blot the treated area with a damp cloth to remove any remaining soap/detergent. Gently blot the area with a dry cloth to remove dampness & prevent watermarks.
It is important to completely dry your pillow before using. Place in sunlight to assist drying if needed.
Pillows may wrinkle during the packaging & shipping process. Press using a steamer or an iron on medium setting. Use a pressing cloth to protect your pillow. Never apply heat directly to the pillow.
For pillow covers:
Remove the insert from your cover before washing/cleaning.
Dry cleaning is the recommended cleaning process. Some covers are designed using studs, feathers & other embellishments that are not suitable for machine washing.
For machine washing, a delicate cycle and mild detergent is suggested. Never use bleach. Wash your covers separately from other laundry. Use lukewarm or cool water to prevent color bleed.
When possible, hang your covers to air-dry. This may prevent shrinkage or damage to your cover (preferable for faux fur, suede, velvet, and leather fabrics). If machine drying, choose a low heat setting.
