Shipping & Exchange Policy


All U.S. orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail unless an upgraded service is selected. Free USPS shipping is automatically applied to orders of $200 or more with a shipping address within the lower 48 states. 

Shipments to Non-Contiguous US States/Territories/APO/FPO will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail (expedited services may be available at additional costs).    

International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International (expedited services may be available at additional costs). 

A shipment confirmation and tracking number will be provided once your order is processed. *All orders are shipped from Morrisville, NC & processed within 1-3 business days (unless stated on product page. Customer orders will take longer to ship). Orders placed on Saturday and/or Sunday will be shipped the following Monday (excluding holidays).

A signature will not be required for deliveries. If a signature is preferred, please make that request at the time of purchase (extra shipping fees may be incurred). EmbellyshHome is not responsible for lost shipments or theft.

International clients are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. EmbellyshHome is not responsible for delays due to customs.

All items are handmade, in limited quantities, dependent upon fabric and findings availability. Please keep in mind that we do not mass produce our products in a factory. All items are final sale; exchanges only. Sale items, pillow inserts, custom orders and monogrammed products are not eligible for refunds, returns or exchanges. All items sold at live trade shows/markets are final sale.
Please contact us immediately if there is a defect with the item you received. 

  • Please be assured, all items sold by EmbellyshHome are meticulously inspected & tested prior to being shipped.



Purchases (excluding pillow inserts, sale and custom-made items) may be exchanged for another item, within 5 days of receipt. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Due to health and safety reasons, if sealed plastic packaging has been opened, no exchanges will be eligible. Items must be returned in the original packaging. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. In order to ensure your exchange is processed correctly, please contact to notify us ahead of time prior to returning any items.

  • EmbellyshHome reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges that are not in an acceptable condition due to damage or misuse by the customer.
  • EmbellyshHome will not be responsible to pay any return shipping fees. We are not responsible for lost return shipments. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s). When returning an item, it is recommended you use a reliable shipping service that provides tracking. 
  • Exchange requests will only be processed one time for any order. Once you have received your exchange item(s) they are non-returnable.
  • If you are unsure of the color, texture and feel, we highly recommend ordering fabric samples prior to making your purchase.
  • All pillow inserts are final sale (no refunds or exchanges). Orders for inserts may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting

Once your eligible return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and provide additional steps.



Selecting the right décor is important. We understand the need to be able to change your mind. Please contact within 24 hours of placing your order if you would like to cancel. We strive to provide a prompt fulfillment turnaround once your order is placed; cancellation requests made after 24 hours cannot be honored.
