Shipping & Exchange Policy
**** SHIPPING POLICY ****
All U.S. orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail unless an upgraded service is selected. Free USPS shipping is automatically applied to orders with a shipping address within the lower 48 states.
Shipments to Non-Contiguous US States/Territories/APO/FPO will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail (expedited services may be available at additional costs).
International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International (expedited services may be available at additional costs).
A shipment confirmation and tracking number will be provided once your order is processed. Items are shipped within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on Saturday and/or Sunday will be shipped the following Monday (excluding holidays).
A signature will not be required for deliveries. If a signature is preferred, please make that request at the time of purchase (extra shipping fees may be incurred). EmbellyshHome is not responsible for lost shipments or theft.
International clients are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. EmbellyshHome is not responsible for delays due to customs.
Local Delivery Service is available free of cost for orders of $200 or more. Delivery service is currently available in zip codes (27502, 27511, 27513, 27518, 27519, 27523, 27560, 27606, 27607). Eligible orders placed by 8pm EST will be delivered to your doorstep by 7pm EST the following day. Orders placed after the 8pm EST cutoff may require an additional day for processing.
**** REFUND & RETURNS POLICY ****
All items are handmade, in limited quantities, dependent upon fabric and findings availability. Items are non-returnable unless there is an item defect upon arrival. Custom orders and monogrammed products are not eligible for returns, exchanges or refunds. Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 2-3 days of receipt if there is an issue with the item you received.
- Please be assured, all items sold by EmbellyshHome are meticulously inspected & tested prior to being shipped.
Exchanges are accepted within 2-3 days of receipt. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Due to health and safety reasons, if sealed plastic packaging has been opened, no exchanges will be eligible. Please contact email@example.com to request an exchange.
- EmbellyshHome reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges that are not in an acceptable condition due to damage or misuse by the customer.
- EmbellyshHome will not be responsible to pay any return shipping fees.
- Exchange requests will only be processed one time for any order. Once you have received your exchange item(s) they are non-returnable.
- If you are unsure of the color, texture and feel, we highly recommend ordering fabric samples prior to making your purchase .
Once your eligible return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and provide additional steps.
Selecting the right décor is important. We understand the need to be able to change your mind. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of placing your order if you would like to cancel. We strive to provide a prompt fulfillment turnaround once your order is placed; cancellation requests made after 24 hours cannot be honored.
EmbellyshHome is not responsible for lost return shipments. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s).
