All EmbellyshHome products are exclusively hand crafted and sold in limited quantities. Items may be restocked depending on fabric and notion availability. If a design you are interested in is listed as out if stock, please send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org or post a question on the product page to inquire about future availability.
Do you accept Custom Orders?
Absolutely! We go about designing each item as though it is custom-made; however, we also know the feeling of receiving a personalized product. If you desire a custom-made order, please forward your request to email@example.com.
What are your shipping details?
Within the US we ship via USPS Priority Mail unless an upgraded service is selected. Sales tax as required by the State of North Carolina Statutes will be applied to all orders with a North Carolina delivery address. ** Free USPS shipping is only available within the contiguous U.S. ** EmbellyshHome reserves the right to change this offer at anytime.
Shipments to Non-Contiguous US States/Territories/APO/FPO will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail unless an upgraded service is selected (if applicable).
International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International (expedited services are available at additional costs).
A shipment confirmation and tracking number will be provided once your order is processed. Items are shipped within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on Saturday and/or Sunday will be shipped the following Monday (excluding holidays).
A signature will not be required for deliveries. If a signature is preferred, please make that request at the time of purchase (extra shipping fees may be incurred). EmbellyshHome is not responsible for lost shipments or theft.
Clients outside of the US are responsible for import taxes that may apply, as well as any duties and fees that may be mandated by customs. EmbellyshHome is not responsible for delays due to customs.
How do I check my Order Status?
You will receive a confirmation e-mail once your order is complete. Once your order is processed, an automatic notification will be sent via e-mail or SMS text (depending on your preference). We will send you notifications with your order details and a link to view the shipment progress.
What is your Returns/Refund Policy?
Items are non-returnable unless there is an item defect upon arrival. If you are unsure of the color, texture and feel, we highly recommend ordering fabric samples prior to making your purchase.
Selecting the right décor is important. We understand the need to be able to change your mind. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of placing your order if you would like to cancel. We strive to provide a prompt fulfillment turnaround once your order is placed; cancellation requests made after 24 hours cannot be honored.
Custom orders and monogrammed products are not eligible for returns, exchanges or refunds. Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
